This year´s chosen charity was the Asocicion Taller de la Amistad, a local workshop and 150 euros was donated by visitors.

ABOUT THE CLUB: If you are interested in taking photos, whether you are a beginner or expert, or whether you use a conventional film camera or a digital, you are invited to come along to our club.

We are based in Nerja, southern Spain. At our fortnightly meetings you will be able to show some of your work, and ask others for their opinions or their help in technical matters.

Sometimes there will be a speaker to talk about their particular specialisation plus instruction in computer programs such as Photoshop.

Also planned are the occasional field trips so that we can all photograph the location in our own way and then compare the results at the next meeting.

All are welcome to join us at our meetings, whether resident or on holiday. A small charge is made to cover expenses.

The club was formed in 2006 by a Nerja church as part of its community programme and became an independent organisation in 2008.
